  1. Hello beautiful! thank you for sharing this with us!!! I also wanted to ask you something. I have a little pockets of fat around my mouth, where the rest of my face is pretty defined. Still have little jowls going on. I have been doing your face yoga for about a month now. Have to admit, not every day, work too much and some days just don't have enough time, or forget. But I am trying my best and I see the results! So, any suggestions on how to get rid of fat pockets around my mouth and under my lower lip. looks like i'm sad all the time. please and thank you!

  2. I'm about to turn 37 and my eyelids were getting droopy and the skin at the corners of my eyes was already really wrinkly. This was really worrying me. I thought if it's this bad now I'm going to need surgery in 10-15 years because my eyelid skin will be obstructing my view. I did these exercises ONE TIME as well as another eye exercise video by Danielle Collins and I noticed a difference. I've done the eye exercises for only 3 or 4 days in a row and the difference is incredible. I am SO excited by the results that I look forward to doing my face yoga every morning. I've been doing different exercises of Danielle's every day since Thanksgiving and I feel extremely confident that I'm not going to need any eyelid surgery in the future because I'm reversing the aging process. I'm getting lots of compliments on my skin and asked if I lost weight. I feel more confident and the ritual of the exercises, massage, caring for and naturally enhancing myself every morning has me feeling more grateful and appreciative of being uniquely me.   3. I love your videos, I was looking for a video for just the eye area and this is just perfect. So easy to follow. I’m always a bit scared of videos I see on YouTube where you have to drag the eye area but these eye massage exercises are so nice and gentle. Much appreciated
