  1. You don't know what Yoga is, what asanas are? Neither you are a doctor, nor you know human anatomy, but are misadvising anything without any research. You also don't know how to do research? You are simply teaching Asanas not Yoga. Yoga means communion of Atma & Paramatma only. Stop misusing the word Yoga.

  2. I've been having issues with my lungs and breathing since last year. When I went to the hospital I was told it was pneumonia. I was given first aid and antibiotics to help me. Breathe and then I was sent home. The medication seemed to have helped but then throughout the year I still felt pain on my left where the pneumonia was found. I can't afford a doctor or hospital this time so I'm here at home trying to recover. Thanks so much for your video. These asenas have helped a bit. I still don't understand much about yoga as I'm a newbie but I will keep exercising until I manage to see the doctor
