  2. I am 16 weeks and been struggling with butt and groin pain since 13weeks. This really helped me a lot now that the pain gets worse on my 16th week. I do this before going to bed along with a quick duck pose stretch and the one wear I use a chair to slightly bend. Pain goes away when I wake up and I slept really well haven't woke up in the middle of the night to pee

  3. I really love to do this stretching exercises! I do this everyday before i go to sleep it helps me with stress and calming down when i have panic attacks im now 23 weeks pregnant and I keep doing this everyday till my baby girl is born thankyouuuu sooooop much!!! ❤

  7. I know this video is a few years old now and you probably won’t see this comment, but Thankyou!!!!!! I have been having horrible sciatica and the moment I got up from this stretch it’s like the pains had melted away. ❤️ I’m going to try and do it every evening now.
