  2. I have flu during my exams and it's simply not getting better. It has been a week full of sudden, very frequent headaches and anxiety that I'm battling with almost all the time because I cannot afford to let it overwhelm me. I've had a couple moments when I broke down and had to get up again. One more week to go, still got the flu and the anxiety seems to be getting worse. This reminded me that I do have control, that I can fight the negative thoughts and doubts while also acknowledging them and then guiding them away. Thank you, Adrienne, from the bottom of my heart. You're a life saver! ♥️

  3. Hello, I have depression from October and I have also anxiety attacks of scared , feeling dizzy, and panic attacks I can't even sit in car because it makes me panic. What should I do ?

  4. Had a really rough day today. I was feeling very anxious and in a negative headspace. This really helped to ground me and let go of those negative feelings. I know that whenever I have a bad day, I can come to to this channel to guide me through it. You are life changing Adriene ❤️
