  1. Hello, I have just watched this video, its so very well explained and simple to follow. I need to ask, I have ner done yoga before (of any kind) do I repeat this Level 2 every day for a week or two until I get used to it? Or am I supposed to go to Level 3 tomorrow?   2. I am 71, Today is my 2nd day during your chair yoga workout. Yesterday, I did level one.
    I have a bad case of osteoporosis. My scores of Dexa scan are really bad in the left hip and low back. Walking with cane. 😢 I will do what I must to reverse this. With your help. Thank you

  3. the retreats and training website is down? I am 73 with hips and back serious issues. I must say the various chair videos are helping me much. I have worked out all my life, but been inactive due to the above for a few years now. Whenever I began the pain was unbearable. Your classes on the other hand make me feel so much better, indeed relieving the odd aches and pains of neck and shoulders. I find my hips articulation improving too. Thank you ever so much! When I have completed a month (so far a week), will let you know of body changes! Hope to lose some around the waist!

  4. I have MS and I do your level one in the morning when I awake up. I do your yoga chair level 2 in the afternoon and an evening yoga before going to bed. It is so good and making me feel so good thank you so much xxxxx I am 62 years young hahahahahaha
