The great thing about these poses is that they are beginner friendly and can be done in just 5 minutes. Practice them every day to really notice a difference.

I’ll be taking you through a low lunge, knees to chest (reclined) and a laying spinal twist. No props needed.

  2. Have been doing these before bed and upon wake up. Huge difference in back pain. I work on commercial diesel trucks all day so back pain is a part of life. This has helped a lot. I rewatch it as an affirmation of sorts to start and end my day.

  3. I hurt my back in February pretty bad and I was laid up for a few weeks. I work from home but I couldn't walk down steps I couldn't even stand up straight. 8 months later I was doing fine and then I got up out of a chair on Saturday and it wasn't as bad and didn't bring me to my knees but I need to go to the doctor again. I'm going tomorrow but I checked out your video to do some stretches and it helped currently but I need to get looked at as well. It sucks.

  4. I have some of your yoga things on a playlist for me. I often do them and especially this one as it helps when I've slept in a weird position. There is a guy on the advert just before this video slaying your videos and saying that they won't work.
