  1. im 34 weeks as of today (08032024) and have been told by the doctors thst becase of my medical history with my chronic kidney disease and the kidney stuff not getting any better but getting worse…within the hopefully next 3 weeks i need to be induced to have this baby and i have honestly been slacking on my self care…my hips have always been bad this this stretch has helped so much…the 5 minute warm up ill be adding for my daily from here on out until the child is born and im gonna make myself better for my baby as well as for just me…ive never felt so relaxed in my body before todsy for this term or ever tbh and im hoping to comr back again tomorrow for the same to work on my form since its pretty trash lol

  2. 37 weeks. This is a great video too. I did lots of your videos and every time it makes me feel better. Even there are the bad days when I have low mood I do it because I know that after I will feel so much better and less in pain and hormonal 😅

  4. 20 weels about w 10th baby. The stretching helps a lot. I dont do yoga because it is a false religion but the stretches you show for prenatal have helped me w this and previous pregnancies so much! Thank you!
