My 58 year old neck needs help 🙁 Question though… Do we follow this video exactly as is, only doing as many as you are showing once a day, or is this just a demo and we should do more, or for longer to get good results? This seems so short to get results but who knows! Many thanks 🙂

  4. I’ve been noticing signs of loose skin on my neck and I’m only 32 😢I don’t know if it’s caused by weight loss or just bad genes, but it’s really bothering me. How long should I do each exercise please and how often? I’m praying it will work for me as it has others in the comments 🤞🏼🩷
