Hey, ya’ll! Today’s video is YOGA FOR ANXIETY. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I know how important it is to have different ways to cope. Yoga & meditation has helped with my anxiety tremendously & I hope it can do the same for you. We’re using a couple different break work techniques & moving through a fairly gentle flow.   2. This helped immensely with my anxiety. During this practice, I was able to have a healthy detachment from my anxiety and embody the other parts of me that live alongside that anxiety.   6. Don’t usually comment because I normally watch on my tv and can’t, but the sun is out in the UK now so I did this in my garden in the sunshine with my phone and I feel so much better now.
