  1. This was a fantastic practice – thank you. I hope you're enjoying yourself on that beach! I wanted to take this opportunity to say how much you have utterly changed my life. I spent quite a long time being wheelchair or bed-bound and took up yoga with you after leaving hospital. Now, although I am not healthy, I am so much stronger than I once was. I'm stronger than a lot of people I spend time with! – and they don't have other difficulties! Last week I climbed Glastonbury Tor (will only mean something to my British homies!) and it was a peace of cake! I also rocked out at a silent disco for an hour and a half. To put things in perspective, a year ago, I struggled to climb the stairs. Nothing else has changed in my condition – the only difference is the yoga that I do with you daily (or a few times a day.)

You have truly changed my life. I also meditate (although that wasn't inspire by you – sorry!) and I feel a connection to you, a deep connection. You have the right tone between taking this historic and beautiful art form seriously, and having fun, Finding What Feels Good! It would be my dream to one day meet you.

Thank you, Adriene. Thank you for saving me.

  2. I’ve been doing YWA for about 7 years. This video is a favorite that I return to often. It’s quick but challenging and would love more content along those lines!

I think I’m fit then dang… this one makes me sore but I love it.

P.S. I miss seeing that dog 99% of the time 😂

  3. I really like this video and I've done it about a dozen times now. Unfortunately I have problems with my feet and I need to use a chair to help me through some of the one-legged poses. Do you have any advice or any other videos? Maybe for those of us with weak feet? I really like doing the flow videos. And they've definitely made me stronger. Just wondering what other advice you might have for me.

  4. Back in Austin for a visit with family and my annual Kerrville Folk Fest volunteer stint! (24th year!) After almost 30 years in Austin, so much still feels like home here and part of me always will know I am home, even after 3.5 years in the Midwest. I have been doing YWA since 2015, and my practice keeps me grounded no matter where I lay my head!
This flow was exactly what I needed to welcome me back (ironically one that was NOT filmed here! haha) with just the right amout of vigor to get my gears going.
Thank you, Adriene, for always having just what I need!

  5. Pfieuw….got this on seconden try at afternoon time….this one is really up-tempo. Agree that speed 0.75 would be better sometimes. But here's a great Thank you from Holland Adriene!! You are awesome and I really enjoy your yoga work outs!!🤩

  6. This is really fast for someone who is a beginner, doesn't know the vernacular well, and has to watch the computer to do it. I couldn't keep up and had to skip a lot of poses because it was so fast that you moved from one pose to the next in just a second or two. This is the first video of yours that I have felt this way about. I will continue to watch other videos that go more my speed. You are my favorite YouTube yoga instructor.

  7. This is my favourite, I follow the 30 days practice along with this routine and I could tell you this awakens the entire body.. thanks Adrian for making yoga easily available for everyone 🙏🏼love from india 🇮🇳

  8. I have been practicing daily yoga for 3 years and have completed this one a few times. At the end of practice today I found myself saying, "that wasn't even hard!" What the?! I remember crying through easier practices when I first started because it was so hard! So this is your motivation – YOU'VE GOT THIS! KEEP GOING! 🙌🏻❤️‍🔥
