  2. I loved this video so much. Immediately started crying. I showed my dad this after I did the video and he got emotional too. Afterwards, my dad and I had such a bonding time with opening up and sharing our emotions together. Please make more videos like this one. Love you sarah and thank you for helping me and my dad !   3. Thank you Sarah. I have recently realised how I need to find a way to forgive. I don’t know if I’m able to do it yet but I like your analogy of putting the poison down as I certainly feel the effects of that slow drip feed of poison into me from carrying so much anger about the past.

  4. I know this comment will not be seen by many but this is the first time I’ve ever done something like this. I have done so many things that I regret in the past and this video let me forgive myself. I can’t believe it but I just started crying. Many droplets of tears ran down my face as you told me that I could go somewhere be somewhere and restart my life born as a new person. I know people say that “yoga and mental heath are for girls to work on” as of many people in my life. I am subscribing and doing this everyday for the rest of my life. Oh and to the people who say that they have the feeling of a weight being lifted off their chest. I FINNALY understand. Thank you.

  5. 6 hours after this session I was standing in my kitchen & just broke down crying it was like all the pain & tears I had built up just started coming out of me it was beautiful & painful & dark! Im gonna do this everyday until there’s no more tears😭😇
