  1. Thank you for all of your content. I went to a chiropractor to have a big reset then kept up with doing many of your routines and I can’t tell you enough how thankful I am. I feel stronger and more pain-free than I’ve felt in awhile.

  2. You're an excellent instructor. You seem so genuine in your approach and your movements are perfectly paced. Thank you for giving me hope that, despite some recently acquired physical limitations, I can return to yoga and pilates again! I have combed through a lot of different videos and most of them just don't work for me. Love your videos!
