  1. Thanks. This video actually inspired me to be more experimental and solidified (ironically) the idea of creating exercises based on how my body feels and what it wants. Im still barely starting and haven't the yoga or any kind of schedule yet, but i will figure it out. Thanks again. A really good beginner -friendly video

  2. This video was so helpful! I was recommended a different YouTuber for yoga but their 10 minute video wanted me to do downward dog, and as someone who has never done yoga before it was very difficult. Trying to follow that video a couple times over the course of a week didn't help. I could follow along so easily here, and I was never struggling at any point! Thank you!!

  4. Before i did this, i felt like a slug, i could not get out of bed and my legs and head were KILLING ME so i thought to my self, "maybe if i do a 10 minute yoga session i will feel a bit better?" So i searched up "yoga 10 minutes, and this was the first thing that popped up, i decided to try it, and within half of it, I felt SO much better my legs almost completely stopped hurting and i felt less overwhelmed and i felt like i was back to my normal self again. Thank you.
