I respect you baba ji and I use Patanjali products in my daily life they are nice and value for money but truth is that yoga can’t help you loose weight or fat I am not saying yoga is bad actually yoga is good for your overall health and hormones which can help in fat loss but at the end of the day you need to be in a calorie deficit to loose weight if you eat in calorie surplus you can’t loose weight weather you do yoga or any workout so be in a calorie deficit strength train 6days a week with weights skip cardio do yoga on rest days eat enough protein and 4grams of protein per kg of your weight and do bench press ,squats , dead lift etc. and be patient you will loose all the fat and will develop muscle if you be consistent and you will make body like Hritik Roshan in 12 to 36 months
