I grew +3cm in my late 20s and I realised the only thing I did these years was yoga! I do it everyday!

This yoga routine opens up our chest, back, spine and legs! Everything! Not only it’s great for height increasing, its also a great full body stretch to tone up our body!

I am actually 1,60 cm and I would like to go to 1,70cm but I started yesterday so Imma go easy on myself and first go to 1,64cm in the first two months, I am going to try everyday (sometimes it will be hard because of the school), I will do my best and tell you the results. Anyway your exercices are great and make me feel more flexible. Congratulations.
