  2. What a wonderful routine 😊. I am doing several of your routines, I am in my 70’s. The only thing I have problems with is not knowing what’s coming next. If I’m facing a certain direction the very short time of window indicating the next pose is lost to me and I have to stop and rewind to the beginning of that exercise. I know people like that the music is calming however if the name of the pose was mentioned I would find it much easier. Perhaps do the routine yourself and you will see what I mean. If there’s no way you can include the words of the next pose then the window, showing the next pose could be longer or even the entire time so we are always prepared for the next pose . I’m using an iPad.
