It has helped me so much that I have even noticed changes in my perspective about life. I have a lot more clarity in my life right now. I'm a way more calm person than I used to be.   2. By using this program , Sυnodoz Plan , Go ogle it ,, I was capable of getting away with this awful insomnia of which I thought is impossible already. You must not miss employing this sleep procedure or plan. At the beginning, I found this program to be unrealistic yet I tested it anyhow. There is no harm trying it anyhow..

  6. I forgot to say thank you truly amazing relaxing yoga. I use to have an overactive brain especially when hitting the bed for sleep but that all changed because of yoga. I am grateful to dedicate my morning and night to yoga poses

  7. I always feel peaceful after bed time yoga when laying down to sleep I don't hold on to the day. I met a lovely woman years ago and we instantly connected but myself and family were moving
    We both said we wished we had met earlier. We did keep in touch for years, and just like that we stopped.🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️💖
