It took at least a year of focused effort, exercise, healthy eating, a mild calorie deficit and this exact type of yoga for me to lose the weight and feel strong and confident in my body.   1. I don’t know whether this provides weight loss, but oh, the wonderful stretch in that first sequence!

    And I also don’t know how I didn’t discover this video until today. I first started doing your programs during lockdown in summer 2020, especially when I was by necessity traveling and sometimes had to stay in an apartment in very strict quarantine for two weeks at a time, so exercise was challenging. They have been wonderful for me and I still exercise with you very often, alternating with a pilates channel and Nina Dapper’s channel. That seems to be an effective mix for me. Thank you so much.

I was watching a yoga video and exercising along with it, when suddenly the person I was practicing with faded away, and there were pop-up ads telling me to ‘follow this, follow this’ for more yoga and other content. I was in the middle of my yoga session, and this interruption created a weird situation. I have to say, you’re the most awful video I’ve ever seen. You completely ruined my exercise, and I’m really frustrated with this experience.

  4. This was a nice and quick routine. Did it in the afternoon but will definitely try it in the morning some time. Not too intense for a morning yoga I think. Nice to get the blood flowing and the breath going
