Begin seated with a series of neck stretches to release built-up stress, then roll back into a supportive Bridge pose to open your chest and energize your body. Followed by a figure 4 to release tension in your hips then you’ll transition to Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle) for a deep, restorative stretch, and complete your practice with a calming Figure 8 pose to promote relaxation and balance. Allow yourself to embrace the idea that less is more as you let go of stress and find a renewed sense of vitality and inner peace.
