This all-levels soothing 10 minute yoga stretch will help you recover from burnout, relieve stress, and restore your energy levels with gentle neck stretches, tension releasing hip stretches and calming breathwork to melt away tension and promote a sense of balance and well-being. Begin seated with a series of neck stretches to release built-up stress, then roll back into a supportive Bridge pose to open your chest and energize your body. Followed by a figure 4 to release tension in your hips then you’ll transition to Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle) for a deep, restorative stretch, and complete your practice with a calming Figure 8 pose to promote relaxation and balance. Allow yourself to embrace the idea that less is more as you let go of stress and find a renewed sense of vitality and inner peace.
