  1. I tried the same diet which you have mentioned. But i got only 11 hemoglobin which should be in between 11.7 to 15. Plus RBC reduced.
    Do you advise some other diet for increasing hemoglobin level from 28th week( 3rd trimester).

  3. Can I take milk with protein powder at 4 pm and again 10 pm because morning I need to take the oron tablets so my doctor suggested me don't take milk at morning please tell me can I take milk at evening and night after dinner
