  1. Day two of yoga for the first time since college 30 years ago. I’m aiming for once a day for a week, as suggested at the end of the video.

    Initial observations? My wrists are incredibly weak! And the arthritis I recently delivered in my left thumb/hand makes it worse! But I got through the session two days in a row!

  2. I found this video about 6 years ago when I had a herniated disc and needed to improve my flexibility and core strength as I healed. I loved the pace, the explanations, and the tone. I'm back today because I fell out of shape and I'm just as happy to follow this video with Adrienne!

I've been following the YWA calendars since January this year (48 days straight now!), and at the beginning of last month my arms would've been in PAINNNN for volcano pose, so tired from lifting. And I felt so strong and barely tired at all doing it today! Sometimes you don't know if you're actually making progress when you can't see it, but this was encouraging to me

Thank you Adriene, for helping me to feel strong today, when I'm in so much pain with my Fibromyalgia. ❤🩹 I woke up feeling awful, and went back to bed, and when I awoke the second time, I felt worse. So I'm struggling along to my mat, and trying my best to do today's yoga practice, and I did it! And I do feel something lighter inside. I still feel the awfulness of the Fibromyalgia pain, but doing the yoga has made a positive difference. So thank you so much dear, sweet Adriene. Love to you & Benji. Namaste. 🙏🧡

  12. Practiced this one with a friend this morning 🩷 it was super yummy! Both of us were tight and sore and really needed it! It ended really abruptly haha but it was fun to share that with someone!

After doing YWA daily (with rare exceptions) for probably 3 maybe 4 years (not sure which it is 3 or 4-it's all a blur of downward dogs and cat/cow in my senior citizen mind-just wait til you are in your 60's-you'll see what I mean). Anyway, I loved this very refreshing reminder of the basics. Many thanks, Adriene!

If anyone is finding it difficult to start doing it through out the day, when u get up in the morning, have the video and mat, etc already set up, so u can just get straight into yoga during the day, when u get home or when your not busy it saves a lot of time and overpowers our lazy mode. 🙂 God Bless.

    Begin again, but this time round no yoga robot 😉 couple days early as I'm traveling on 18th & will adapt to environment i.e. airport & do standing practice 🙏
