  1. Hi. I want to say thank you so much for posting this. I did what I could from my chair with the sound off and it was so wonderful. When I was healthier, I took a few yoga classes from a teacher who was very lovely and such a nice person and I totally got that vibe from you. I also loved when the little kitty joined in. I haven't been doing well and now I have some hope that I can get better with this video. It was exactly what I was looking for, I use the sound off because I'm extremely sensitive to sounds (I hv p t s d). Thank you so much I can't thank you enough, everything was perfect.
