  1. I this video inspires you to do what is sometimes the most difficult part, which is simplifying, peeling back the layers, and just showing up.

I share this question with you, “How will you show up?”
Just take a moment to breathe with that.

  2. Hey Adriene, hope thihs message finds its way to you. First, love your channel. Practice 4-6 times a week for the past 4 years
so thank you. I have a Meniscus injury so my question to you is are these practices good for that kind of injury? And do you have or can you upload a tutorial for Meniscus strange?
    Namaste

  3. WOW…. I really wish you had not started out with your knees crossed sitting on the floor. People with knee pain can't do that. I know this was not intended to be a movement in your program, but it made me question if you really understand knee pain.

  4. LOL thank you for laughing at the awkwardness of yoga. Some of the reason I havent done a ton of it is because its so "serious" and when I fail it feels personal – this feels so much more approachable. thanks!

  5. Thank you, since I had a couple of falls, to the knees, I’m back. I love the familiarity of this practice❤
There must be something you could do to strengthen your knees… This was perfect today 🙏🏼🧡

  6. it would be great to have less talking nad more excercise. When I dedicate 30min for training I'm in a work-out-mood and also things like with your dog would make it annoying if I want to repeat your training. Intro way too long, i would rather just go straight to the training
