This is a 15 minute beginner friendly yoga you can do anytime and any day for deep relaxation and stress relief. This class is created with evenings in mind but can be done anytime of the day to help calm the body and mind.

  2. I am not typically someone who comments on videos but i feel as if i must. I am an Army wife and i have been incorporating journaling and yoga into my evening routine as i prepare for another move. I wont lie i was stressed when i first watched one of your videos. I cried when you told us to give ourselves thanks for showing up because i realized I hadn't been doing much for myself while my husband is away. Would you considder making more videos for evening yoga possibly? I really appreciate your videos so thank you for every one you create.

  3. I have insomnia and I can't barely sleep without thinking too much especially when i have problems and I just cry bc I can't sleep even if I want to, I started yesterday and girl even I have problems with my relationship I did sleep early and well without hassle😂❤
