Complete Guide To Turn Your Breech Baby: http://bit.ly/3oAFpDt
I've just come back to say, I did these exercises when my baby was breech in 2022. She genuinely flipped while I was doing them on the first try. Thank you so much 😊
Found out my baby was breech at about about 33 weeks. Decided to look for ways to flip him and found this video at 34 weeks. He was still breech on Monday. Did these exercises on Wednesday and Thursday morning. At my Thursday afternoon appointment I found out he had flipped!! Praying he stays that way!
I'm 33 weeks and my baby is currently breech sideways and has been for a while. Hoping to get this child flipped!
I was doing a child’s pose last night. I’m 28 weeks and I felt my baby flip TO the breech position 😟 hoping he flips back to head down. I know there’s still time to move him but I’m anxious about it already
I had an ultrasound check at 36 weeks on Thursday and baby was breech, spine to spine. Did your exercises once a day until my appt today (Tuesday) and baby turned head down and spine to belly!!! 🎉❤ I’m so thankful and appreciate you sharing this video. Now if she behaves and stays head down lol. Any tips for that?
At 36 w my baby was breech ,, did these exercises and surprise at 38 w , the baby turned ! I was about to go for a ecv , so happy and thank you
Found out my baby was breech during my 34 weeks ultrasound and I came upon this video and started doing a mix of these stretches/exercises for the past 2 weeks.
I just got back from my 36 weeks appt and baby has flipped!! Thank you for this video!!
My baby was breech at my 35 and 36 week appointments, so I was doing all the things to encourage flipping – miles circuit, a video from fearless momma birth, spinning babies routines, etc. I was starting to feel anxious because I tend to have larger babies and was worried he wouldn't have room to turn around soon.
finally at 37 weeks 1 day I decided to do the breech tilt (which I had been doing) while holding a heating pad at my pelvis and a bag of frozen veggies at the top of my abdomen. I felt a lot of big movements while doing this, and at my midwife appointment the next morning baby was confirmed head down! He was then born 1 week later 💙 8lbs 2oz and 22in long
Does this exercise works to adjust the head position in the pelvis? My baby is head down but not in position to the pelvis, it is lose
I love the exercises. But the video is so rushed! I would have preferred to follow along
Can you keep doing these exercises after baby flipped head down to prevent baby to go breech again?
I'm 36 weeks rn. Can I do these exercises to turn down my transverse position, baby? Please let me know
Should I do this at a time or take a break after each type of exercise?
Can you tell me how many reps or seconds in each position we need to do? I noticed only some moves have designated amounts of time…
I’ve been doing these in combo with moxibustion and Webster technique at 36 weeks. He was breech Monday and Thursday morning confirmed on the ultrasound head down/LOT. Thank you for the video and guide. The comments also encouraged me to keep going!
🎉🎉🎉my baby finally turned today. I did a scan at 34 weeks and baby was breech. These exercises and prayers made the baby flip.
Thank you so much❤
I followed loads of your videos with my first baby and they helped me loads with confidence, relaxation… So when I found out I was breech at 36 and a half weeks with baby 2 (despite head being down at 32 weeks), seeing there was a Jessica vid to try and help the situation gave me some hope. I did as many of these exercises as my crazy toddler would let me get away with (plus a lot of cajoling, chatting to the bump, frozen peas on top bit of tummy, music playing up my butt) and by week 37… Head down again. Phew!!! Thank you so much as always, P&PPTV, and I will be keeping up the hip circles, bridges and walking everywhere to try and make sure baby stays this way till D-Day!
This is super effective and works for me. My baby was breech at 35 weeks and was told that if it will not turn on my next check up I will have to undergo CS delivery and thank God on ky next check up she was already in cephalic position and I just gave birth to a 3kg baby girl last Jan.16 via normal delivery without any laceration ❤️
Today 34 weeks+3 days baby boy is breech after midwife appointment, so I will start doing the exercises and get this baby flipping. ♥️♥️
When can we safely start these? 31 weeks is fine?
Pls can u perform any of the exercises or compulsory all?
I am 21 weeks pregnant. My baby is breach. This is my second pregnancy. My frist baby was breached up until 2 weeks before due date. She flipped into the right position. Now baby number 2 is breach my Dr said to not worry about it but do a few yoga position to turn baby. My mom told me a few tips. I will start these exercises next week.
Starting my breach turn journey tomorrow 34weeks needing this baby in position before next appointment must admit am a little bit nervous
My baby transverse position, is this exercise also work for transverse position baby?
Nice feet! Love that nail colour
As a third time mom(my first two children is normal)and now I am 35+6 days pregnant , my baby is still in breech position , my doc scheduled for a C section on feb 3 , so Im gonna try this exercise , please pray for me I don't really want to have a C section.
I will give an update after one or two weeks , I hope this exercise works 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Tried these religiously for two weeks (even the hot and cold pack) and at the 36 week ultrasound he was still breech… appreciate the excersizes though, they do feel nice in the back
Does it work when it is 3rd pregnancy. They told me that because the baby has a lot of room from the previous pregnancies, he can turn around at any time. He was already head down but now he is breech, 33w.
How can we know if the baby is still in breech position? Started this exercise this day, i was so worried. My due date is in 1st week of feb..
I started doing these exercises at 32 weeks and now I’m 37 weeks and she’s still breech. I mainly did the one upside down for a minute and walked around because I didn’t want to overdue it and I didn’t have a yoga ball. She still hasn’t turned. Once I get the yoga ball out of my mom’s storage I’ll do more and hopefully she turns cause they’re trying to schedule and scare me into a C section early before her due date. They think she’s going to be too big but growth ultrasounds are always inaccurate. Hopefully she turns!
I am 33 weeks and 2 days gone with a breech baby. I'll try the exercises and I pray they work for me.
I’m having a hard time figuring out what position my baby is in. He was head down at my 32 week ultrasound but I went in for a follow up ultrasound at 35 weeks and he had flipped breach. I’ve been doing these exercises for almost a week now but some of the exercises she says to only do if your for sure that your baby is breach but how can I be sure? He’s super active all the time so I’m not sure what’s going on in there. Google says you can tell by hiccups but he rarely ever gets hiccups. I just don’t want to keep doing the exercises if he’s already flipped and cause him to flip back breach. My appointment isn’t until Monday, should I just keep doing them until then?
Can I start this exercise at week 25? My baby is in a Traverse lie position
