Dear Caitlin, I love the amount of options you give. It finally makes it feel okay to listen to my body when my body doesn't want to come out of a certain pose or doesn't feel like such an intense pose. This makes yoga waaaay more relaxing for me, thank you <3

Doing the first stretch itself gave me a tightness and slight pain in chest is it normall………😢, also the whole yoga was peaceful and relaxing for me
