For those who suffer from anxiety your not alone everything will be ok, don't let your thought control you, you got these, we suffer more from our imagination than what is real..don't let your ego come with ideas you got the control don't feed the ego with bad thoughts, pay attention to your feeling don't ignore work on it, let in go and feed your ego with meditation, yoga, exercises etc… God and the universe bless you we got this 💪🏻
