I absolutely love your way of instructing! No need to look at the video because your instructions are so clear. No unnecessary talking helps me get into it as well. This is a short but effective practice that I’ve done in both my pregnancies. Helps keep everything flexible and strong!
Love this short routine! Sadly I get round ligament pain every single time even though I take my legs super wide and avoid quick transition between moves.. 😢
