  3. Hi Adriene, every time I put yoga aside because "I can't do it right now, it's too much. " I end up regretting it and thinking why would I not do something that actually helps me. Today I felt like I just needed to let go of so much, that it's too heavy to carry it around in my mind and body. I did this practice, and I felt like letting go of a heavy grocery load you carry home. something definitely went away because I feel this spacious relief in my body.

    Also I think I was a bit of a yoga robot from all the “serene and serious” channels out there but practicing with you again brought me back to life 🙃 thanks for sharing and being yourself. Namaste.

  6. I hear a lot of criticism about the ideas around detoxing but I just did this wonderful video and the difference is actually astonishingly instant!! I haven’t smoked for over 5 years and was feeling a bit rough today after spending time around a group of smokers, like I had a cold coming on, kinda wheezy and furry feeling in my lungs.. I did this video and my breath out on the final asana actually felt genuinely clearer – like leaving the city and breathing country air! 😮‍💨 As the years go by, Adrienne is still the best yoga teacher I have worked with since finding her amazing offerings, so healing & rounded 💚💚💚 thank you for the deep breaths! 😘
