In this 15-minute yoga for sciatica and piriformis practice, we’ll gently stretch and open up the hips and lower back to relieve pain and tension. You don’t need any props for this yoga flow, but keeping a yoga block or a few pillows nearby is always an option for extra support.

  2. This definitely helped the piriformis syndrome and sciatic pain I was experiencing (Thank you, Joelle!), so I’ll be back to do it again; however, it did feel rough on my knees.

  3. I reinjured my sciatic nerve (again). I first injured it about 4 years ago and didn’t take care of it properly. I’m going to do it right this time. I want to be able to function right in my future
