Hi my loves and welcome to today’s video ‘Prenatal yoga for opening the hips and pelvis’. These pregnancy hip stretches will help you to prepare the body for labor. These pregnancy yoga stretches for opening the hips are suitable for all trimesters because its never too early to be preparing the body for labor and birth. However, these stretches will be particularly beneficial to those of you in the late 3rd trimester in helping the body prepare for labor. Having had two natural deliveries at 37 & 38 weeks, I can tell you that these stretches WORK! I’m so excited for you on this pregnancy journey and remember all these exercises you do to prepare the hips and pelvis are bringing you one step closer to meeting your little one.
