  1. Thank you….this was just what I needed….Im 34 weeks pregnant and was experiencing a lot of lower back pain and also tight calves…this practice really relaxed and eased my pain. Can you please do one for lower back pain

  2. I love your videos! I am 30 weeks today & feeling good, minus I think baby has dropped & is starting to apply a lot of pressure just above my pubic bone! Maybe it’ll go away, maybe it won’t?! What was your experience with this? ❤🍋🤰

  3. 29 weeks pregnant and very unfit somehow. This video has a wonderful pace in my opinion. My cat likes to join yoga too. Usually by sitting on my laptop and ruining the play of the video :')

  4. 37 weeks pregnant, and what a lovely routine. Really got me chilled out and really stretched, while still enjoying even though I feel so heavy. I’m going to use this through my labour to help keep relaxed. Thank you ❤
