As we spend more and more time on our screens, our eyes tend to become very stressed and dry. Excessive screen time can also lead to weakness in the eye muscles which often leads to headaches as well. In this video, we will do some simple eye exercises that will help in relieving stress and strengthening your eye muscles. You can easily do these while taking a break between work.

  1. – 2 sets of 20s blinking

    – 10 reps of looking up, right, down, left – clockwise

    – 10 reps of looking up, left, down, right – anticlockwise

    – extending both arms on the sides: look at the right thumb, then left thumb – 30s

    – 5 set x extend the thumb in front, bring it as close to your eyes as you can see clearly and take that back
