  5. Day #2 doing this. 68yr fem. recovering from shingles in sciatic nerve. Feels Just Right – this mild stretch approach x 1 a day, build up to twice a day. People: get the vaxx – its old school kind and you wont be sorry. I said nah, I'll do it later and in a week – I got Shingles. Folks, for older people it is Diabolic pain unrelenting like, you cannot survive this pain, if you are old.

  6. Getting thru Shingles on sciatic nerve, now 'lame' in my left leg. 6th week now and pain starting to be a bit less. Shingles pain: catastrophic agony that gets worse at night. You writhe in anguish, no stopping agony and bewilderment at how can anything be so painful for days, day after day with every night worsening and quality of life gone. 6 weeks or so you start glimmers of hope and the pain starts to travel & hurt in different ways as its hopefully, breaking up. Ok so thats Shingles.
    Your simple exercises are my #1 go to as I seek to regain full use of my leg and foot. P.S. I have pain management pills from the doctor that barely kicked in. Its taken weeks to get the pain treatment to be stable. Pregabalin plus opiods if absolutely required, which they were. Shot of morphine would do it maybe, maybe not because its the actual nerve being attacked by the emergent virus, from childhood chickenpox long ago. So dont hesitate to go early for help – its unthinkable any one would ever get this… So now to recovery: Let's do this ! 🎉

  7. Been in so much sciatica pain ..my whole spine and psoas seized up after a biker behind me on the sidewalk screamed..get out of the way ! I went flying and hit the ground . Shock. Will do these twice a days and keep you posted..
