One thing I would like to ask you daily after I finish my Lunch& all my work in kitchen I take rest.I wake up after 5 or sometimes before 5.How to stop this habit mam.I want to reduce my sleep.Mng I usually go for a walkafter 11.I have B.P taking medicines also.I do little bit of Yoga in the mng.Kindly help me
