This 30 minute yoga class is for sore & tired legs and lower body.
A perfect deep stretch flexibility yoga session that doubles as an incredible thirty minute recovery practice too for your hamstrings, glutes, calves, and entire lower back as well.

A yoga session designed for hikers, runners, and anyone who has been on their feet for way too many hours. It’s also great for anyone who has spent too much time sitting upright- which includes at a desk or anywhere that refuses to serve your body well.

These days it’s becoming a common professional understanding that ‘sitting is the new smoking’.

Remember to listen to your body.
Remember to breathe steadily & consciously as much as possible.
And remember to relax and always have fun.

  2. I have never had a yoga experience like this! I woke up with severe low back pain from yardwork last night. This gave me so much more than I was expecting (not even in terms of back pain, but just RELEASE!). The poses, timing, and your words just felt like a spiritual experience. I felt as connected as if you were in the same room and was so grateful for the experience that I cried at the end. I've heard of people crying with yoga, but it has never happened before. This felt magical. Thank you!

  7. Thanks for the awesome yoga practice! I have saved this one and have practiced it a hand full of times now. It always happens at the end for the final pose in Savasana my lower back starts aching, making it hard to hold the pose. Is there a reason for this? Am I doing something wrong?

  8. Oh! You make videos too? Thats awesome she is amazing (sorry donno her name) but a women give information in a different way as men. And a woman alone as a man alone can never give a full picture of an information. But both together can do it. I might nottice an useful information in your videos that I can never nottice in her videos and vice versa.

  10. Wow I cant thank you enough for this workout. I was super sore and my muscles were very tight. I couldn't even sit on me knees i the beginning because it hurt too bad. At the end I was able to sit on my knees with no pain and it felt good. TY his will make the rest of my day so much better!🙏🏼

  11. I must admit, I got a new job working overnights and haven’t been on top of my practice lately. When I came back to my favorite go-to yoga channel💛 I was surprised too see Mark doing his own practice videos. But this was a really incredible practice I must admit. I am very impressed and it’s obvious when someone lets their genuine self come out and connect with the routine. It made it easier for me to do the same thing. Thanks so much! 🙏🏻

I am currently suffering from bursitis of the hip and sciatica and this yoga practice and your one for back pain and sciatica has been a major help to my pain, tightness and overall uncomfortable feelings. Your voice and your movements relax me and work the muscles to a place where I experience less pain for most of the day. Thank you again for this and all of your Boho Beautiful workouts. I am so glad that I found you and Juliana. Now onto meditation.
