1:22 – 1.Anjanesyasana or low lung = 3/4 times 3 sec each time
2:23 -2. Frog pose = 5 times 4 sec each time
3:33 -3. Setubandhasana or bridge pose = 5 times 10-30 sec each time
4:44 – 4. Malasana or garland pose = 5 times 30 sec each time
5:48 – 5. Utkata konasana or goddess pose = 5 times 30 sec each time

Hi Mam, I watch all your videos very regularly and try to follow as much as possible. I have one request. While watching the videos, the text is displayed on the screen which hides the postures. It becomes slightly difficult to understand. Please see if anything can be done to improve it
