  2. 1:22 – 1.Anjanesyasana or low lung = 3/4 times 3 sec each time
    2:23 -2. Frog pose = 5 times 4 sec each time
    3:33 -3. Setubandhasana or bridge pose = 5 times 10-30 sec each time
    4:44 – 4. Malasana or garland pose = 5 times 30 sec each time
    5:48 – 5. Utkata konasana or goddess pose = 5 times 30 sec each time
