This Restorative Yoga practice is about finding deep stillness and relaxation to help you manage stress, anxiety and panic attacks. We focus on all the areas that hold tension from stress (back, belly, hips and shoulders) for a full body release.

While stress isn’t something we can get rid of, we can work to manage it with diet, exercise, meditation, breath and releasing into yoga poses for a nice long time – practicing self-care and taking a time out! Enjoy!

  1. I really loved this practice, i experienced such a realease of emotion in the prone stomach pose, i could feel the tension id been holding for the last 24 hours diseminate and i cried as i let it go. Really powerful pose 🙂 thank you x

  8. Thank you very much Aprille. For yin yoga I always choose your videos. Your instructions are clear and I agree with everyone who says you have a soothing voice. Really important with yin yoga! I still feel some tension in my arms (it's very stubborn), but it was nice taking 45 min to really relax and focus on my breath, and my back feels less tight.
