Great session, i have been doing it daily for 2 weeks now, and i have gained control over asanas, made me relieve stress feeling energetic, i haven't been able to lose any weight at this point, will continue doing it for longer and will update .

This was amazing. I had to drop it to .75 to keep up and adjust some of the balance moves cuz i have some **tight** hips 😅 But so much fun and probably the only way I ever want to do this practice ever again.
