Welcome, my friends! I’m Jen hilman thanks so much for joining me today as we explore some yoga poses to help relieve
chronic hip low back pain and sciatica. so I know that this is an issue a lot of people are dealing with that pain in the hip that can sometimes run all the way down your leg all the way down into the foot even causing numbness tingling or other pain sensations. These stretches will create flexibility and relieve so much of this tension.
