  1. Day one: I did this around 11:30, woke up late. Didnt notice anything, which is obviously expected as its the first day. but i did get a good stretch in!
    Night one: didnt do it in the night- was EXHAUSTED.

    Day 2: Not much results, Did this around 10:50, goal is to do it around 8:30. but i can feel my muscles tenseing up. Dont do this after you just drank soda- that was my mistake. But overall if felt food in my thigh gland areas, and my back. I feel tension just releasing each time. No weightlost results yet! but its only day 2. I didnt wobble as much as i did in day one!

    Night 2: yes i did i at night, and felt so much more relaxed after a full day of youtube work. It felt good and I did so much better than what I normally do during the day so far- no results, just relaxation

    Day 3: No results for weightloss yet, but extreme relaxation. This yoga workout jsut realses all of the tension I have throughout the day. Im still al little wobbly, and today didnt have good balance since I didnt get much sleep.

  2. girl this is my first attempt at yoga since the classes i did as a child and omg!! Those ten mins fleewww by and there were a few times where i was in genuine disbelief as i didn't know my body was felixible enough for this. You're voice and reassurance was exactly what i needed. I will definately be building this into my routine more! Thank you 💖

  4. If you had something on the screen like a green dot and red dot for making it inhale / exhale you would have more time and breath to explain the move other then wasting breath on saying “inhale / exhale”

  5. I just did yoga for the first time and it makes me feel super confident afterwards it’s something I think I truly toughly enjoy and this is coming from a plus sized 16yr male I love it keep up the great work
