I just need to say, thank you. I’ve been off the mat for nearly two years, in that time I experienced a lot of change, loss, grief, and physical pain. Now I’m finally willing to return, my body is in a state I’m not used to at all and my regular practice has been frankly impossible to the point I thought it’d given up for good. I found this channel and realised I have literally no excuse to at the least do a bite sized piece, so i did. You have so many accessible options, and suddenly I don’t feel bad about needing to returning to basics and being a little more kind to myself. This is day 4 of practicing this short sequence, something I would have said just a week ago I’d never be at, so thank you.
