Hi my loves and welcome to today’s video with me, Laurie, from LEMon yoga. Today i’m taking you through a 10 minute pregnancy yoga flow for bedtime. This deeply relaxing bedtime prenatal yoga flow will help you to unwind for a peaceful nights sleep. In this 10 minute pregnancy yoga flow we will do some gentle stretches suitable for any stage of pregnancy. We will focus on deeply relaxing breathing exercises and a final relaxation exercise to help you fall into a deep sleep after.
