  2. Hey Paula! I really enjoy your videos, but in this one I would have wished for more silent moments. I could hardly feel what I was feeling because I was busy listening to your instructions on how to listen to my sensations/feelings. I think the instructions are good, but it would be great to have something like a 15 second (or more) break in between them.

  3. Really enjoyed the twists and the surronder in child pose 🙂 also love the phrase hold yourself kindly 🙂 I always try to hold space for my 6yo dds big feelings 🙂 should allow it to myself too <3
