In this 20-minute full-body power flow, we will regulate the nervous system with breath and target all major muscle groups to increase strength. Align your joints for stability, and tap into the power of your core muscles for empowered support.

  7. Did this one while battling shingles, low immunity, and little sleep. I had to modify some of the poses to keep up, but I'm so pleased that I stuck to it. I've been practicing for over 4 years every day and after practicing with you in Toronto, I felt even more motivated to keep up with some of the harder practices on your channel. I do hope you consider coming back to Canada, again. Thank you for everything!
