Let’s go one step deeper into the asanas today. This is an opportunity for you to open up your body even further and experience new levels of ease within your body. During deep stretches, it is very important that you breathe deeply and closely focus on how your body is feeling. Find the edge of your comfort zone and push only till the point where you know it’s safe. Don’t hurt yourself in the hope of going deeper into your asanas.

Come onto your mat, and be prepared to unlock new levels of freedom within you.

Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct

Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

  1. Day 13 ✅ – 5/11/2024 – I love this stretches. It really gives deep stretch. When you do deep stretches, it removes toxins from inside, self-realization is the process starts from self-purification.

  2. I had completed day 13 yesterday but forgot to update so I am doing it rn. It was good and difficult both…but at the end I felt better…I will do today's yoga before sleeping bcoz tomm is my exam and I need to do important questions. I already had my last meal at 3:30pm. And right now its 7:20pm. And I won't eat anything till tomm morning. So yeah ig that's all bye for now

  3. I'm under stress and anxiety. I heard your voice in YouTube it is so soothing. I have started the om chanting meditation. Really I felt so relaxed. I will continue this and take this challenge for 21 days. Your Technics are so good it will help lot of people like me. I will also try this stretching excercise. Continue doing this wonderful task which will help lot of beginners like me.

  4. As an indian u should use the right words for ur own civilisation. yoga is yoga. the word strectching is what the americans made of yoga exercises. so call it yoga, not deep stretching yoga. have some self respect.
