Join me for a 22-minute Prenatal Yoga at home practice, suitable for all levels and trimesters. This session is a gentle but highly effective practice for all stages of pregnancy. 

Tap into the breath and tune into your body with 22 minutes together – infused with strength, stability and loving support. (You got this!)

Bring a blanket, bolster, or pillow to the mat if you like!

As always, listen to your body & consult with your doctor/healthcare provider about your movement routines while pregnant.

  1. 1min in and your dog is like I’m out I’m sorry not trying to hate just thought that was pretty funny anyway’s I just found out I’m pregnant, and was looking to prepare myself for the moment of labor and your video was first to pop up I have done some yoga in the past so I’m looking forward to getting back into it not only to keep myself healthy but for my baby too.

  7. I would follow your 30 day yoga programs before I was pregnant and it was my favorite ❤. Now I’m 15 weeks and can’t find anyone who leads me through yoga like you can. Please make a prenatal challenge or at least a few more videos for me to add to my playlist 🙏

  8. Beautiful as always Adrien. I’ve been struggling to find prenatal yoga videos that resonate with me. There aren’t many, if any, yoga communities in Zambia at the moment; talk less of prenatal yoga communities. It would be great to get more ❤️
