  1. This is one of the best yoga videos I have found on youtube! I have been watching "the most famous yoga woman on youtube" and have not been that impressed, excited, or touched. This video had a great energy and brought my body relief! Thank you!

  2. Is there any yoga for larger guys? I'm pretty flexible because I was into martial arts for years, but I'm still 6 ft 4 and I let myself go a little bit so I'm about 270 plus pounds and there's no way I can do a lot of those stretches even when I was in good shape

  3. I wish you would have shown some alternate positions for the legs. I can't stretch my leg that high and I also can't put my leg straight to the side like you have. For a beginner person needing yoga for sciatica, this isn't a good video.

  4. My uncle had Sciatica from last 5 years. He was unable to walk properly and took medicines from various hospitals but got no relief. Then he came to know about Chandigarh Ayurved Centre and took treatment from there. Now he is totally fit.
