  1. Wow you guys made me feel a lot better been having this since I was 17 and mine is with the whole chest thing feels like your gonna die feeling of doom or like u will have a heart attack seeing other people with the same problems make it much better

  3. I’ve never suffered from anxiety before but I’ve been going through some tough times with my physical health and I am getting bad anxiety, depression, etc.
    this trick helped but also seeing how I’m not alone in my suffering helps so much.
