This was a nice practice. Good to get out of the head. Would have loved some more slow stretches at the end. To get the heart rate down etc
I’m here because all my intense feelings of powerlessness and hopelessness and lack of control over any single aspect of my life is carrying over into my dreams and I can’t catch a break. I can’t stop clenching my teeth at night and I’m even dreaming that i can’t open my mouth and it’s quite painful. I’ll update you guys tomorrow and after a few days and let you know if there’s any improvement.
